You have workman on the road at night with no traffic lights or road Marshalls controlling the flow of traffic whilst workmen are painting lines on the road. There are signs up to say traffic lights ahead. I just about had a near miss with oncoming traffic on the wrong side of the road. When I challenged the workmen about this they weren’t interested.
