Noxious weeds problem

Council ref: 4565035.

Nettles have been cut down but left inot cleared away, which will only grow again. Weeds not treated to avoid returning. Nothing done to stop previously cut down tree from growing again. Area still an eyesore compared to all other areas the same as this on both sides of the street.
