Footpath berween Brownlow Crescent and Gallery Walk
Reported via mobile in the Weeds on the highway category anonymously at 16:29, Fri 9 August 2024
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2814783.
Weeds are starting to block a lot of the footpath as they have grown quite high and then fallen over. A lot of elderly people use this walk through on foot and mobility scooters, and this could cause a safety issue for them. The issue has occurred in the last week.

Thanks for letting us know about the issue. In this case, the weeds are not on one of the areas we look after. The linked footway between Brownlow Crescent and Gallery Walk is not a public maintained highway or a Definitive Public Right of Way. Please contact Pinchbeck Parish Council at clerk@pinchbeck-pc.gov.uk as they might have local knowledge about the route. Alternatively, to find the owner of the land you could contact Land Registry here . Thank you for reporting this matter.
State changed to: not the council's responsibility
