Fuel Spillage problem
Council ref: 4195927.
Customer states that about 5 weeks ago the oil tank of a royal mail van leaked onto the highway. There is little oil on the road but there is some, and a lot on the footway. As this is both a hazard and hazardous fuel the customer is concerned this needs clearing.
