Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2814979.

Driving up to the road in a delivery vehicle and was refused access to the road. Upon walking the delivery to the property in question, I was told by a maintenance worker at the end of the street that I could have used the pavement.
