A631 and Lancaster Green junction
Reported via mobile in the Pothole on road/cycleway category anonymously at 15:29, Mon 12 August 2024
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 2814983.
The entrance road into Lancaster Green, off the A631, has 2 potholes (1 on either side with a smaller crack in the surface running between them). Whichever way you go towards it, but have been getting worse over the last few weeks, you either catch one or the other as they are so wide now. It needs sorting asap before they actually meet in the middle and cause even more damage to tyres, especially on smaller cars that aren’t wide enough to go round them

I’ve been talking with my neighbour/landlord, who also lives on Lancaster Green, and he says “That part of Lancaster Green, from A631 to ramp 'up' on Rd is the responsibility of Council. Then from ramp 'up' on Rd to the actual Green and around Green is our Private Rd. The other part of Lancaster Green, the Rd on the L, just beyond the ramp 'up' on Rd, is also a Private Rd”.
