• We’re sending you this message to let you know that we’ve assessed the road condition and – whilst it has deteriorated it is maintained to a standard that is reasonably expected of an industrial estate with low pedestrian footfall and does not yet require further action. If the fault deteriorates significantly then please report this again to us and we will investigate further. Thank you for reporting this matter.

• Why would pedestrians be walking on the road? It is a busy route for cyclists and vehicles alike, the separate holes will soon be one large hole. If this was investigated recently I would like to see the report as I'm sure once I measure size and depth and produce this information these will prove that they are beyond intervention level. This is your responsibility so it is irrelevant whether it is an industrial estate road or elsewhere.

• Half of these have been repaired, the other half (that have been paint marked for repair) only a few metres away, have been ignored, like the ones around the corner.

• After creating a new report, the ones you ignored (after yellow marking for repair) have been earmarked for repair (again)
