We are afraid the rear of the car park on Pinfold Lane is not maintainable public highway so the highway authority has no obligations to treat weeds at this location. You will need to contact the landowner to carry out weed treatment. To find the owner of the land you could contact Land Registry here Thank you for reporting this matter.
