Walkway railway line from doddington Road

Damage to property and risk to occupants of properties who back onto the alleyway. There is extensive damage to fences and graffiti which never gets sorted. Encroachment onto occupants property from users of the walkway and risk to occupants who are mainly elderly and vulnerable. This morning there were police presence and drones following access into the properties and today my parents have had stones thrown at their property, if they had been in the way the stone would have killed them with the force it was thrown at! Something needs to happen now, the alleyway needs to be closed before someone gets seriously injured or killed.
