St Clement's Passage is on a steep hill from which water flows down when it rains. Water flows down to the external wall of 6 Nottingham Terrace, which is an end terrace house. The water seeps into the base of this external wall and is causing damp issues. We have had to call a damp proofing contractor to fix internal drywall and put damp proofing materials. The cause of this damp to our property is from the lack of drainage in the passage. The passage needs some form of drainage which will protect the structural integrity and minimise damp conditions of this part of the house.
