Entrance to bridleway on lodge lane

The bridge has been upgraded but the horizontal bars are too long and riders are catching their legs on it entering and exiting the bridge. The horizontal bars need shortening level with the upright posts as circled on second photo. This is a safety issue and needs addressing before an accident occurs please
