Seriously cheap and low quality roadworks

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2815922.

Dear Madam/Sir, Resurfacing is occurring at many locations, in and around Market Rasen. With the top layer scraped off, a Laye of bitumen, followed by grid, results in a dangerous situation; road surfaces not flat, cars getting damaged because of the grid and most importantly, road surfaces breaking open again, because of the fact the old and new material do not unify. This is a very serious way of wasting tax money, while not obtaining the required result. How can it be this is allowed ?
