Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

Unfortunately I do not agree with your assessment that the current state of the path does not require any further action. It is a significant trip hazard and a health and safety risk for my elderly mother. Please see an updated photo showing the height difference between the path and kerb outside my mums gate at No16.
