Farmers crop blocking visibility for 1 & 2 Wainfleet Road

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2816644.

I have reported this issue twice, references 2813863 & 2816232. The first time David Goy came out and agreed there was an issue with the road, safety and visibility. He told me to contact the council again if the issue could not be resolved. I did this and was advised the issue was not a highways issue. I am not satisfied with this response. The safety of the households living in numbers 1 and 2 plus the safety of anyone driving on the road past the houses is at risk every time we try to drive off our driveway. The only way this can safely be done is if another person walks approximately 50 metres from the house on the road to check for vehicles coming towards the property. It would not be safe to try and drive off independently. This is an accident waiting to happen and David Goy agreed. He advised me to contact you again if the farmer was not able to help or respond. How can this therefore not be a highways issue? I look forward to hearing from you in due course.
