Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2816748.
This old tree is dangerously over height, and moves excessively in the wind. It is liable to cause considerable damage to the property if it were to fall or branches to break off. All the trees along side need pruning. There is a dead tree a few feet away alongside.

Is there any update on this issues please. With recent high winds we are concerned about this very tall tree and the danger it poses.

Please can someone explain why no further action is to be taken. This tree is too big and dangerous and needs looking at again. Can I be allowed to tackle this myself? Please can someone call me to discuss as this has been going on since September last year!
