Solid central carriageway markings missing

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2816824.

The solid white double central carriageway markings are missing and therefore not compliant on the approach to Sincil Bank level crossing. Previously reported this issue (425264£ but no action has taken place. Please can works be planned urgently

  • Due to the proximity of this to the railway crossing, we are not permitted to carry out works close to and through the level crossing. This should be reported to Network Rail for their action, you can contact them at https://www.networkrail.co.uk/ communities/ contact-us/ 03457 11 41 41 Thank you for reporting this matter.

  • I am an employee for Network Rail, I have contacted the responsible manager who has confirmed that Network Rail are only responsible for the lining over the crossing from stop line to stop line any lining leading up to a crossing along with tarmac is highways responsibility this also include veg / signage / fencing. Green highlights Network Rail owned land.
