Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

Reported again following rainfall this week. Whilst properties are indeed lower, water should drain into the gullies. The gullies outside the Cemetery gates and number 10 are not draining sufficiently and cause flooding into properties. The Highway has been surfaced dressed so many times that it is increasing the centreline crown and reducing the kerb check height, overtopping the standard dropped kerb.
