Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2816938.

There is a dicot in the road gathering water and getting worse the water is thrown at us and our house by cars lorries etc We are being hit in the eye by lots of water the water is landing in our house causing damage to our kitchen flooring When the water gathers there is a lot of it We are getting soaked in our own property We are worried we will get hurt by flying debris in the water in our eyes head ears etc

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
