Headland Way, pavement adjacent to No 15 bungalow
Reported via desktop in the Trip hazard/uneven surface category anonymously at 14:52, Tuesday 3 September 2024
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2816984.
Slightly sunk manhole cover and damaged edge of pavement, see photo. Whilst walking westwards along the pavement the toe of my shoe caught the damaged raised edge surrounding the manhole cover causing me to stumble and fall flat on my face, see photo. Apart from the injuries shown are 2 broken teeth and a hole in the knee of my trousers. Face will mend, teeth can be repaired but trousers, no. They need to be replaced.
