Ash tree at the rear of 7 Albion Crescent, in hospital grounds, but overhanging public footpath.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2817101.
This is a very large ash tree growing on the perimeter of the hospital grounds but badly overhanging the public footpath that runs behind our property. There are a large proportion of sizeable dead branches/boughs overhanging the public footpath that are clearly visible as the tree is in leaf at the moment. They could present a significant danger to the public using the footpath, should they fall during high winds. I have tried, on numerous occasions, over the past year, to alert the hospital estates department to this potential problem, but they appear to be uninterested.
