  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

  • Thanks for getting in touch with us. In this case, we’re not responsible for this issue. This fault is not on the publicly maintainable highway. It is the responsibility of the adjacent landowner to maintain their dykes, ditches and culverts. To find the owner of the land you could contact Land Registry at https://www.gov.uk/ government/ organisations/ land-registry Thank you for reporting this matter.
