Graffiti not removed sufficiently

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2817221.

This has been marked as fixed, however the work/repair is very shoddy and has just been rushed.

Graffiti was reported on the roundabout road sign and it was claimed to be fixed. However all that has been done is someone has sprayed over the original graffiti with white spray paint.

This is not cleaning or removing the graffiti and looks just as bad as the graffiti did.

I have removed lots of graffiti recently in the village in my own time and at my own expense. Why is someone who is being paid to do it unable to do a good job?
