Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2817223.

A staff member of yours being totally obnoxious. It was 6.58pm and the road was about to close and your staff member decided to close the road before the schedule. He was so bombastic and unyielding. You close the road at 7pm, not early as he chose to do so. He then had the temerity to take a picture of our car when we took issue with him. We had done nothing wrong aside from taking issue with him. What a thoroughly objectionable individual he was. No attempt to help or be cooperative. The people of Lincoln are sick of the constant disruption on our highways and workers like this one do not make it any better.
