Pothole on road/cycleway report
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2817364.
Muliple more than 40mm deep pothole located outside the enterance/exit of medical centre and approach to junction. Also a large depression is forming in the carrigeway. Please arrange for contractors to fill.

This problem has not been fixed. The potholes have been filled in but there is still a large deep depression in the carriageway which is getting deeper and deeper which hasn’t been attended to by your contractors. Please arrange for them to fix.
