Just to let you know this issue has turned out to be more complicated than we first thought. We need to take this on for more investigation. We will let you know the situation as soon as we can. Thanks for bearing with us.

We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because the footway in this location has very low usage, with the main footway being outside Jewson's. We will however continue to monitor the site as part of our routine inspections. Thank you for reporting this matter.
