9/9/2024 No Entry Unlit Both Signs on Eastbourne Street
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2817492.
These have failed for the Umpteenth time. Potentially Hazardous as Vehicles could turn up onto incoming Traffic. Other No Entry Signs are all Lit Up. These are Not. Thanks
