Vale Farm entrance
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2817572.
The water flows down Carlby road and due to the missing kerb stones, flows into the farm entrance adjacent to our property. This then flows into a ditch which goes through a culvert under our property. On Jan 2nd of this year (2024), the culvert was overwhelmed and our property suffered extensive damage. Although the main cause of the flooding was run off from the land up the valley, this additional water that should flow past the farm entrance and into a road drain compounded the problem. You can see what the farm entrance looks like during heavy rain.
