Please can you provide an update on this - the road is completely submerged and there is a telecoms / electrical manhole which is completely flooded over and could provide a dangerous situation.

Please see photo taken today showing the state of the 'road' The tarmac is now breaking down as it is always flooded. The water is stagnant - there must be an environmental council department should be involved in sorting this?

Not sure why this has gone back to investigate. The road has been continually flooded for the past year. There is a large manhole which is open and covered in water which a pedestrian could fall down and the road is deteriorating.
Please can you urgently provide an update?

This is also now causing damaged to my driveway entrance (Field Barn Cottage). I will have to pay for this to be repaired - not acceptable. There is an obligation for the highways department of the county council to make roads safe and passable.
