The drain/offlets, have just been cleared out by contractors and all debris left within inches of the drain all ready to be swilled back down during the first heavy rainfall.

This really is a waste of public monies and will inevetiably cause problems again in the next few months of inclement wather when this area floods halfway across the road due to blocked drains.
