Tree restricts vehicle movement past The Cottage, forcing cars, lorries and farm vehicles onto the grass verge causing considerable damage. The tree, projecting into the road as it does, also restricts the ability to turn into the property heading from the direction of Kirton without scratching/ damage the car. This tree also impinges on the BT lines above the tree
