T junction Thurlby /witham st hughs

Reported via iOS in the Sign (unlit) category anonymously at 15:41, Mon 23 September 2024

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2818630.

I have reported this issue in numerous occasions without resolution . The road sign giving directions has been destroyed by cars overshooting the junction and taking out the sign with both car and sign ending up in the ditch. Over the years this has occurred multiple times. Whilst restoring the signage will help I feel a stop sign is needed to prevent a potential fatality or a lot sign . I will be relaying to my local councillor as I feel very important

  • Thank you for sending in your request. You’ll need a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) for what you have requested. To get one you need to contact your Parish/Town council. If the Parish/Town council support your request, they can then contact their County Councillor who will get the TRO actioned. Thank you for reporting this matter.
