3 ways temp traffic lights on dysart road near Trent road junction and Heathfield road

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2818754.

The temp 3 way lights are stuck on red for people coming from barrowby gate/trent road, people coming valley road and people coming from barrowby village/ top Heathfield road. This is going to cause an accident due to no one knowing when to go as they are on red. I was sat for 4 and half minutes and they never changed
