Temp green manccrossing from old malting building to the whard road side of road

Pedesterations having to cross on green man while cars just driving through to get through red light past it crossing from the side of old maltings to the wharf Rd. Said to the worker in van how is that safe said is the drivers . Maybe need to move the red lights back for now . Hate think someone would get knocked over . When using green man correctly
