Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2819113.
Once again there is not a suitable option for the issue I am trying to report. Part of a wall alongside the route has collapsed across the lane - The positioning of the debris does not look like a natural collapse; more like it has been deliberately organised to block the lane.
A colleague has also informed me that he has been stopped on the lane by local residents who tried to turn him back stating that the route is "not legal" for the public.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
