How many more times are you going to say this issue is sorted?? Every time it rains the water comes Over half the road and dangerously close to my property. We flooded during storm babet, and I hope to god your property doesn't flood! I have reported this issue on many occasions. You wait for it to stop raining and say it's fixed! It's not. What do we have to do to get these drains sorted. I'm pleased my council tax payment is helping this issue! No it's not is it!??

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

These drains overflow at every turn of bad weather. We have been victims of flooding continuously on Rufford green through no fault of our own. We need regular drain maintenance to ensure our residents do not suffer again. We are told the council are on top of this but the above happens each and every time. We need to see that we are being taken seriously and that the council can be proactive for our residents.
