Yet again, heavy rain and the road is flooded. Cannot park my car on my drive as will be washed over by car's speeding past. If a stone is picked up will damage cars or smash house windows as water is washed over our front. Have been reporting this since 2017 and has still not been resolved, disgraceful!!!
