Outside 87 & 89 Kingsway bourne

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2819312.

A puddle outside of 87 89 Kingsway Bourne when it rains, we thought it would be better once the road was resurfaced but still as bad. Reported this so many times now. I have been told by you that it’s ok because it drains away. But whilst it rains it’s really bad the lady at no 89 her car is parked on her drive and when traffic goes by and hits the puddle he car gets covered she would love you to sort something out for her. No sure what would happen if she was getting shopping out of the car and someone went through the puddle. She would get drenched Really hope something can be done please
