Blocked drain 1 side of junction, fine other side, so a fault to be rectified

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2819390.

Blocked drain has yellow paint next to it. Other drain yon side of the junction is dispersing of liquid correctly so an issue lies herein this drain.

We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because we've inspected and acknowledge that this gully/system is blocked, but because it is not causing a serious highway safety or property flooding issue we will not be ordering work at this time. Thank you for reporting this matter.

As it isn't going to unblock itself and you won't unblock it now, will it be added to your next schedule of works, and when will that be if so?
