Flowing water, life or property at risk problem

The footway has recently been slurry sealed but the footway is now falling towards customers property. Rain water is now flowing down customers driveway and into his property. Sandbags have been placed there but the footway camber needs to be looked at.

    Since the new tarmac has been put down it’s forming a puddle up against the house, I’ve trying to temporarily fix with a bag of tarmac and some sand bags, the whole downstairs was flooded floors ruined, never had any problems like this, until the pathway was redone
