Brackenborough Road, at the recently completed road widening, by Post Office
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2819492.
It appears the contractors have finished this bit of work, which I am assuming comes under LCC control, however they have left behind a split sandbag by the pedestrian crossing's Belisha beacon and a fence footing on the grass verge. Please get them to return and take these away or tell them you won't be using them again - and why not fine them for fly-tipping.
