Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2819684.

Caller states there is an ongoing issue that is now affecting business, appears all the drains are blocked with silt causing standing water in the road. drains very slowly, takes days to remove the silt. damage cars from the water. also causing damage to verges.
