Obtrusive Light (Light Trespass)

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2819700.

Lamp was changed on this lamp post yesterday. The new lamp is much brighter and a different colour temperature to the old lamp. This has had the effect of increasing light intensity in the bedroom of immediately adjacent properties (esp 3) to unacceptable levels & becoming 'light trespass'.

A shroud is therefore required to avoid legal action.
