We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because these drains were last cleaned in March this year and unless there is a flooding issue we are not able to come and clear all drains which appear blocked. The issue may be due to the system being full to capacity, at times of heavy rainfall. If a flooding event occurs and drains are not clearing for 4 hours after rainfall please let us know and we may investigate further. Thank you for reporting this matter.
