Northbound exit of south witham A1 junction

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2820354.

The pothole is huge , and just off the slip road so unavoidable if busy traffic. It was recently fixed but now open again and as bad as before. It will cause an accident
