Street lamp outaide No. 15

In August we reported that the street lamp outside 15 Mill Close was not working at night. This problem was resolved but now for several weeks the lamp does not switch on in the morning.
Could we please ensure that this street lamp comes on at night and in the morning.
The street lamp outside No. 15 when it is switched on provides light for properties at the end of the Close, which would otherwise be in complete darkness as this is the only street lamp near the end of the Close.
There are a number of elderly and frail residents who live at this end of the Close including some who live on their own. Therefore we are sure that you will appreciate and understand when we state that the street lamp outside No 15 when it is switched on can provide a degree of safety, comfort and well-being to all residents, especially an elderly person providing care.
Having already taken the time to bring this to your attention it is disappointing to have to report this problem again.
If this problem is not resolved satisfactorily we will have no option but to escalate it.
