Hello I include a photo of the previous problem. I reported this problem approx 2.5yr ago, since then the curb stones have been replaced. However this has not solved the problem as the new c/stone is higher than the original and thus ensures the water continues in the channel it was previously using ie across the curb and down the side of the grass verge where it floods. previously I laid some paving slabs at my gate to stop the water entering my property, water still accumulates at my gate and eventually soaks away into the verge & the gulley in front of my wall, along with the water off the road. Today we had new tarmac laid on the path and unfortunately the way it has been done will cause more flooding issues, the tarmac is now level with the slabs i laid, meaning water will now flow directly into our property again. i am also concerned that whilst the water drains into the verge & gulley and not the drains at either end of our property the problem remains with volumes of water at the front of our property ie in the ground. Also there is a problem at the far end of my property as water now floods my drive entrance. The new tarmac will add even further problem due to the way it has been laid. There are two drains, one at either end of the property situated on the walk way, by design the water never makes either, I have included a couple of photos of the new tarmac which has been brushed in such a way it will hold/prevent water from disbursing. I have made another report please add this to reference number is 2820988. Please could someone contact me asap about these issues. Regards Dale whiting
