Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2821076.

Caller states that hedges on both sides of the road on monksthorpe lane adjacent to the woods in restricting the highways to the point is now beginning to damage vehicles and forcing road users onto the grass verge.
