The road drain outside of my property has been installed proud of the road level so that road surface run off accumulates in the channel between the road and the kerb and reaches a level that exceeds the drop kerb level associated with my property and floods into my front garden. This has resulted in undermining the fixing of the drop kerb and has compromised the integrity of the block paving of my drive.
