Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2821414.
2801134 493323. 2806527 Please refer to the previous fix my street reports above. This issue has not been fixed. There are two issues. 1 The dangerous verge. Any vehicle getting too close to the edge will drop its tyre into the dyke void. 2 The blocked culvert under the road. Which was blocked when your workmen repaired the verge last time. I have attached pictures to confirm this time that there is actually a culvert there. Witham Fourth have also been out and assessed it and temporarily exposed the culvert pipe. However, there is a lot of soil now visibly in the pipe from your repair which needs removing as the dyke is not flowing at its capacity. Furthermore, you need to ensure that when the verge is repaired the pipe is extended further into the dyke to allow a proper repair and no further blocking of the culvert. This is an important culvert under the road to stop local properties flooding. Witham Fourth have suggested that Highways look to increase the size of the pipe under the culvert as well, at the same time as carrying out the repair. Please look into this as a matter of some urgency.

I have now put in an official complaint on the 29/93/25 about the lack of action for over a year in this issue. As well as the inappropriate repair which was attempted.
