Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2821461.

Road partly resurfaced over last few days. Workmen left drain completed full of tarmac (drain wasn’t covered during works). This area is notorious for this drain being block and road flooding. Until a few days ago it was not blocked at all
